3.1 The 7-Day Summer Window
We want you to feel breezy in our clothes. If your summer gear doesn’t fit perfectly or isn’t quite the right shade, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
3.2 Return Conditions
To maintain the quality of our collection:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- All original tags and hygiene stickers must be intact.
- Items with deodorant marks, perfume scents, or signs of outdoor wear cannot be returned.
3.3 Refund Timeline
Once your return is inspected at our Islamabad hub, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
